Registered Air Mail:

LOW price and safe, average 5-20 days.
The Air mail shipments are carried out through the Hongkong Post to your local post office. Though we ship out all Air mail parcels registered, there are online tracking facilities available for this service but only through the websites of Hongkong Post. It usually takes around 5 to 20 days for Air mail shipments to arrive to your destination. While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com as long as the shipment is still in Hong Kong and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached

You also responsible to contact your local postoffice or customs to retrieve the parcel if there is any problem happened. Mail Tracking

The delivery lead time is different from each location, you can track your parcel from time to time to know its status, please follow the simple steps below to track your parcel

Registered Air Parcel
1. Login to our system and get the mail tracking number of your parcel from the My Account -> Order History page. For eBay customers, you should have your tracking number stated in the delivery email we sent. The tracking numbers format like RxxxxxxxxxxHK, CPxxxxxxxxxHK or EExxxxxxxxxHK.

2. Visit the Hongkong Post website below, put in your tracking number. It shows whether your parcel(s) has been departed from Hong Kong or other status.

(Usually you cannot inquire immediately in you receive the tracing number. because must the process time 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER .Not including typhoon or other cannot estimate situation):


3. From the drop-down list on the result page, select your destination country and click Enter. This will bring you to your local postoffice website, please read on the list which mail type(s) is/are supported for each country.

4. Put in the tracking number again on your local postoffice tracking page, you will then see the status of your parcel. Usually only EMS Speedpost tracking is supported worldwide.
